What do you do professionally?

I am an attorney handling residential real estate transactions.

Tell us about yourself.

I am married to my lovely wife, Carolyn.  We have a 10 year old son named Logan, a golden doodle named Buttercup and a long haired cat named Chloe. I am an avid tennis player and coach the Marshfield High School Varsity Girls Tennis Team. I have recently started playing pickleball and think I’ve caught the bug!

How did you get involved in MEF?

I was asked to join MEF last year by one of the current board members. Once I read about the great work this organization does for our schools, I knew I had to join.

What is your role/responsibilities?

Last year, I helped out with Circus Smirkus.

What do you like about being involved in MEF?

I like the fact that our group is responsible for such generous grants to the Marshfield schools.

What has been the highlight of your involvement with MEF?

The highlight of my involvement with MEF was the grant ceremony last spring. The atmosphere was filled with such excitement and gratitude for the excellent work of MEF.

What is your favorite memory from your K-12 education?

My favorite memory is going on a field trip to Chickatawbut Hill. They had a scarecrow type person wearing specific clothes sitting on a bench. The birds would sit on the scarecrow. During the field trip, one by one, the students were allowed to dress up like the scarecrow and sit on the bench. The birds would then sit on you thinking they were sitting on the scarecrow.
